If you have a subscription with LifeLock, you can add or enroll a member to your plan at any time by signing in to your account. In rare cases, certain types of memberships cannot support adding members this way and require you to call Member Services & Support.

Everyone has a different national identification number based on their country of residence (for example, Social Security Number in the U.S.), so we have to charge per person, per membership, as this allows for each family member to receive their own identity theft protection benefits. If you’re a victim of identity theft, Norton helps protect you up to the limit of your plan with our Million Dollar Protection™ Package^ or Identity Theft Reimbursement Coverage*. We will also provide lawyers and experts, up to the limit of your plan, if needed to help resolve your case including our Service Guarantee to provide for experts and lawyers, if needed.

Add an additional member to your plan

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under your subscription, click Add Member.
  3. In the enrollment window, add the details of the member.

    Choose the LifeLock plan that best fits for the member. By default, the plan for which you have subscribed is selected.

  4. Click the check box to indicate that you (for Juniors) or your adult family member has read and agree to the terms presented in the license agreement and privacy statement.
  5. Enter the billing details and complete the payment.

Enroll a member whose subscription is already included in your plan

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under your subscription, click Enroll Member next to the family member whom you wish to add.
  3. In the enrollment window, add the details of the member.
  4. Click the check box to indicate that you (for Juniors) or your adult family member has read and agree to the terms presented in the license agreement and privacy statement.
  5. Complete the enrollment.

Please note that each adult family member must activate credit services with their own email address.
