Once you have completed a system scan or web scan, the results are delivered to the Elements Vulnerability Management portal.
Note: In addition to viewing the web-based scan report, you can also download the results in XML or Word format.
To view the scan results:

- In the List view, click the menu icon in the Actions column.
- Select View scan results.
This opens the scan results page for the selected scan.

- The scan results shows the scan properties, scan results, and statistics.
Tip: Click the menu icon to download an XML or Word version of the report, and also to view the scan log.
- Scan Properties
- Contains information about the scan type, scan group, time when the scan started and how long it took.
- Scan results
- Contains information about open ports, vulnerabilities, and findings that the scan found.
- Statistics
- Contains details about the scan execution and statistics.
- The scan results shows the scan properties, scan results, and statistics.
For web scans, the vulnerabilities are listed according to WASC categories.

- Open Scan results > Vulnerabilities and findings and click any of the listed vulnerabilities to see all of the information for it.
The following information is available for each listed vulnerability:

- Add any of the vulnerabilities to a ticket for tracking purposes if necessary.
- Select the vulnerabilities that you want to add to a ticket.
- On the action bar, click either Create new ticket or Add to existing ticket.
- Add any of the vulnerabilities to a ticket for tracking purposes if necessary.
When you fill in the necessary details, the ticket opens with the new information included.
