Recovering your password (F-Secure)

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it through the Forgot your password link.

To recover your password:

    1. On the login page, enter your username and select Log in.

The Business account login page opens.

  1. If you have forgotten your password, do the following:
    1. Select the Forgot your password? link.
    2. Enter your email address.
    3. Select Send.

You will receive an email message with instruction on how to change your password.
