Upgrading from SAFE to TOTAL with a box code (F-Secure)

You can upgrade your SAFE subscription to TOTAL in the following two cases:

• You are using a trial version of SAFE and want to upgrade it directly to F-Secure TOTAL.
• You are currently using SAFE which you bought from a retail store and activated or renewed the subscription with the box code, and now you want to upgrade to TOTAL.

To upgrade from F-Secure SAFE to F-Secure TOTAL with a box code:

1. 1. Log in to My F-Secure with your account username and password.
   2. In My F-Secure, select Subscription in the top bar.
   3. Select Enter a code.

The Redeem your code window opens.

1. Enter your subscription code (found on the F-Secure box or card), and select Continue.
2. Verify the subscription details and if they are correct, select Accept.

Your SAFE subscription has now been upgraded to F-Secure TOTAL.
