How do I recover my F-Secure KEY Master Password on my mobile device?

Note: You can recover your Master Password by following the below steps only if you have earlier created the F-Secure KEY Master Password Recovery Code.

If you’ve forgotten your Master Password, follow these steps to regain access to KEY by using your Master Password Recovery Code:

    1. Open up F-Secure KEY.
    2. On the login screen, tap Forgot Master Password?.
    3. Do one of the following:
      • Tap Import image, and select the code image from Photos/Gallery.
      • Tap Scan Recovery Code, and scan the print-out of the code.

Your Master Password appears on the screen.

  1. Tap Log in.

The F-Secure KEY main page opens.
