How do I recover my F-Secure KEY Master Password on my desktop device?

Note: You can recover your Master Password by following the below steps only if you have earlier created the F-Secure KEY Master Password Recovery Code.

If you’ve forgotten your Master Password, follow these steps to regain access to KEY by using your Master Password Recovery Code:

    1. Open up F-Secure KEY.
    2. On the login screen, click Forgot Master Password?.
    3. Click Import image.
    4. Find and open the Master Password Recovery Code image file which you have created earlier.

Your Master Password appears on the screen.

  1. Click Log in.

The F-Secure KEY main page opens.
