If you have technical problems with your product, you can create and send a log file to our technical support.
The file contains information that can be used for troubleshooting and solving problems specific to your device.
To create the log file:

- Open the FREEDOME VPN app.
- From the left navigation, select Help > About FREEDOME.
- Click 7 times on the version number.
The Run support tool link is displayed at the bottom of the page.

- Click the Run support tool link, and enter your administrator credentials if prompted.
The F-Secure support tool window is displayed.

- Select Run diagnostics.
The tool starts collecting information and the log file is (fsdiag.zip) saved on your desktop.
- Attach the log file to your support request.
