Where to find your Trend Micro activation key

Know where to get the activation key of Trend Micro Home Products.

Activation Key Sample Format: ‘A‘ represents a letter; ‘0‘ for a number.

• Mobile Security for Android/iOS:

For online purchases

Get the activation key from your Order Confirmation email. Check the spam mail folder if your Order Confirmation Email is missing.

If you did not receive any, contact Technical Support, then provide these details:

• Name
• Email Address

For retail purchases

Look for a 20-digit activation key inside the box or on the receipt.

If the activation key is missing, email Technical Support, then provide these details:

• Proof of purchase
• Scanned copy of the receipt
• Retail store where you bought the product

On your Windows PC

1. Open Trend Micro.
2. Click the  icon, then click About the Software.
3. Look for the serial number or activation key on the right.

On your Mac

1. Open Trend Micro Antivirus.
2. On the Menu bar, go to Trend Micro Antivirus > Subscription….
3. Look for the serial number or activation key on the right.

On your mobile device

1. Open the Trend Micro app.
2. Tap the ⋮ icon, then tap Settings.
3. Under Account & Subscription, look for your activation key on the Serial Number section.

For In-App Purchases

There is no activation key for purchases made through Microsoft Store, iTunes, Google Play Store & iOS App Store. It will automatically update the expiration date after purchase.
