If the key for a Kaspersky Lab product for business expired before its term was supposed to end, make sure the system date on your computer is set correctly.

If the system date is set correctly, please submit a request to technical support to replace the key file.

Attach the key file to your request and provide the following information:

  • Where the Kaspersky Lab product was purchased.
  • Customer details:
    • Full name, if the product was purchased by an individual.
    • Company name, if the product was purchased by a legal entity.
  • Exact purchase date.
  • A description of the situation.
We do not replace key files that have been pirated or distributed in mass media.
