To reach the Settings section click on the 
drop down button in the Vulnerability Scanner section and select Settings.
Vulnerabilities: allows you to enable or disable the Vulnerability Scanner engine.
To access the Vulnerability Scanner’s subsections, click on the Advanced button from the upper right corner of the window.
Inspected areas: allows to enable or disable the areas inspected for vulnerabilities automatically. For more information, read the chapter Run Vulnerability Scanner
