The product includes an easy-to-use online management portal that you can use to install the product onto your devices, renew or buy more licenses.
Note: If you have a subscription that requires a code, this information does not apply.
- Install the product on other devices
- You can add new computers, smartphones, and tablets to your account and send the installer to the new devices. When you install the product on a new device, the device appears in your account within the portal.
- Renew your subscription and buy more licenses
- You can view your subscription status, expiration date, used licenses, and available licenses online.
You can renew your subscription through the portal, and buy more licenses if you need to protect more devices than what your current subscription covers. You can also transfer the product from one device to another if you replace one of your current devices with a new one.
- Manage Family Rules settings
- In the portal, you can set restrictions for your children’s devices. This includes setting time limits for browsing or app use and choosing what types of content your children can view on their devices.
Note: This feature is not available for all versions of the product.
To go to the online management portal:
- On the product’s main view, under People & Devices, select Manage.
This opens the portal in your default browser.
- Log in to your account with your username and password.
