Use the below information to update your account details. Please ensure that you keep the details up to date to work with your account, make renewals, and receive notifications.

If you forgot your password or have issues receiving the password reset email, read Recover your NortonLifeLock account.

For China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan: To update your settings, please visit your Norton store.

If you created your account with an email address which you currently cannot access or use to sign in to your account, contact Member Services & Support for assistance.

Update or add your card details to make payments for your renewals

You must add a new payment method or keep the billing information for your current payment accurate for the subscription renewals to work.

For China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan: To update your settings, please visit your Norton store.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On the Billing Information page, do the following:
  3. If you want to update your card details, click  icon and type in any information that you want to update.
  4. If you want to add the card details, fill in the billing details. Ensure that the information you have entered is correct.

    The credit/debit cards accepted are Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and JCB.

  5. Click Save.
  6. If you have issues updating or adding your billing information, contact Member Services & Support. For more information, read Update your credit card information.
  7. If you want to delete your billing information, you must cancel subscription renewal. For more information, read Norton refund and cancellation policies.

Update your email address, password, and other personal information

Having an up-to-date email address and other personal information in your account ensure improved account security.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On the Account Settings page, do the following:
  3. To update the email address, click  icon next to Email. Type your current password and new email address. Once you are done, click Update Email.
  4. To update the password, click  icon next to Password. Type your current password and a new password. Once you are done, click Change Password.
  5. To update your first and last name, mobile number, and address, click  icon next to Name. Do your required changes and then tap Update.
  6. To receive latest updates from NortonLifeLock, click the checkbox next to Email preferences.

    You can unsubscribe from the marketing emails by opening the marketing email that you received and clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Activate or cancel automatically renewing subscription settings

If you have an active subscription, you can set your subscription to automatically renew using the card details that you have saved in your account. So, your protection stays up to date and active without you having to worry about it.

For China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, visit Norton store to manage your renewal settings.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On the My Subscriptions tab, do the following:
  3. To enroll in the automatically renewing subscription, do the following:
    • Click the Activate Subscription Renewal link next to your plan.
    • In the Subscription Renewal Authorization page, type or verify your address and card details.
    • Read the terms and conditions of automatically renewing subscription and click the check box.
    • Click Agree to Automatically Renew.
  4. To cancel the automatically renewing subscription, click Cancel Subscription Renewal link next to the plan.

    If your subscription includes Norton Virus Protection Promise, you will no longer receive Norton Virus Protection Promise and other benefits associated with it once you cancel the subscription renewal. You get prompts to manually renew the subscription when it expires next time.

View your order details or invoice

If you purchased the subscription at one of the Asian Norton online stores, you can view the order history on the Asian Norton online store using your order number. For more information, see Automatic Renewal of subscription purchased from Asian Norton online store.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. On the Order History tab, click on your order to view the order details. The details include:
    • Features/services that your subscription is entitled for.
    • Product key and the serial number of your order.

Update LifeLock-related settings

Depending on your situation, use the below links to update your LifeLock account settings such as verbal passcode, financial accounts, and personal information.
