Malwarebytes Nebula console requirements

To access the Malwarebytes Nebula console, you must use Google Chrome browser, latest version.

Note: Mobile browsers are not supported.

  • Disk space: 100 MB (program + logs)
  • RAM: 1 GB (client); 2 GB (server)
  • Network: Active Internet connection

Apple hardware supported

  • Apple computers running Intel core processors
  • Apple computers running Apple’s M1 chip.

Operating system annotations

Notes

  • .NET 4.5.2 or 4.6 must be installed and enabled on Windows systems.
  • Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 must be enabled for all endpoints.
  • Behavior Protection features are only supported on endpoints using Windows 7 and newer.
  • Server or workstation subscriptions are required to enable features for these endpoints.
  • Windows XP endpoints no longer receive Malwarebytes software updates. They will continue to receive Protection database updates. For more information, see Malwarebytes Nebula next-gen software update FAQs.
