The Malwarebytes OneView Dashboard displays an overview of Malwarebytes product usage using widgets. This article describes the Support cases widget.
To view this widget, click Dashboard on the sidebar > Licensing tab. The Support cases widget shows the number of open Malwarebytes Support cases and the number of resolved cases. Select either item in the widget to view these cases on the Support Cases screen.
