If you contact NortonLifeLock Member Services for help, the technician may need the error logs to troubleshoot an issue. You can submit error logs to Norton for analysis.
Your device should be connected to the Internet to send the error logs.
Submit the error logs
- Start Norton.
- In the My Norton window, click .
- Under General Settings, next to Log Submission, click .
Norton collects the error log and sends it.
