Installing Sophos Intercept X for Mobile on iOS or Android devices
Overview
Sophos Home customers can log in to their Sophos Home dashboard using their mobile device to click on Add new device /Add device and tap on the corresponding Google or Apple stores to be redirected to Sophos Intercept X for Mobile installer.
Note: To see the Add new device button on the Sophos Home dashboard, customers should have at least 1 PC or Mac protected. Otherwise, they can download mobile protection directly from the Apple App Store and Google Play stores and searching Intercept X for Mobile.
Sophos Home premium customers can contact Sophos Home support for assistance with Intercept X for Mobile.
The mobile devices will NOT show up on the Sophos Home dashboard at this time.

Step-by-step guide
1 – Log in to your Sophos Home Dashboard on the Android or iOS device that you want to protect.
2 – Click Add device/Add new device (only visible if there is an existing computer/mac on the dashboard):
Add new device – View from existing computer
Add device – View from dashboard
Note: Alternatively, customers may access the Apple App Store and Google Play from their iOS or Android device to install the app, and search Intercept X for Mobile
3 – Choose Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) accordingly:
4- Download and install the application:
iOS: Tap the download button , then tap Open once it downloads
Android: Tap Install, then tap Open once it completes
5 – Follow the on screen instructions to provide the necessary permissions and complete the installation.
