You can encounter the “License problem detected” or “Invalid key file” error in a Kaspersky application even though the application was successfully activated earlier.
The issue occurs because of an error during the installation of antivirus databases.
- Download the installer from the Kaspersky website:
- Remove the application. In the Saving objects window, select the License information checkbox. See this article for instructions.
- Restart your PC.
- Run the installation file and follow the instructions in these articles:
