Issue
- You encounter an issue with ESET Parental Control that you can not solve and you want to contact ESET Technical Support
- ESET Technical Support has requested a copy of your Parental Control log file
Solution
- Send a support request directly from the ESET Parental Control application
- Send a support request from Android settings
Send a support request directly from the ESET Parental Control application
- Tap the settings (gear) icon and then tap Parental settings.
Version 2.9 and earlier: Tap the unlock icon and type in your Parental pin to unlock the device.
- Enter your my.eset.com account password and tap Enter.
Version 2.9 and earlier: Tap the main menu icon in the top left corner, then tap Customer Care and proceed to step 5.
- Tap the ellipses icon and then tap Customer care.
- Tap Report issue.
- Type your name and email address in the appropriate fields. Select the appropriate Case type and Issue type in the Issue section and then type in the description of your issue. Select the check box next to Submit application log and tap Submit.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and a link to your Technical Support case.
Send a support request from Android settings
- Open Settings in the Android menu.
- Tap Apps.
- Find and tap Parental Control.
- Tap Storage.

- Tap Manage storage.
- Tap Customer care.
- Type your name and email address in the appropriate fields. Select the appropriate Case type and Issue type in the Issue section and type in the description of your issue. Select the check box next to Submit application log and tap Submit.
