If you do not have your License Key or Username and Password, visit our lost license page to retrieve them. Your active (non-expired) ESET license includes both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of your ESET product.
Solution
Windows 10
- Press the Windows key + Q on your keyboard, type Control Panel into the search bar and select Control Panel. Click System and Security → System.
- Your system type is displayed in the System section.
- Click the appropriate link for your system in the table below.
Windows 8
- Press the Windows key + C, click Settings and then click PC info.
- Look for the System type section of the properties window.
- Click the appropriate link for your system in the table below.
