• You are experiencing an issue with media streaming (music, video, pictures, etc.) from your PC to an Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 on your network
• Check that UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) protocols are allowed by the ESET firewall

1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.
2. Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access Advanced setup.
3. Click Network Protection → Firewall and expand Advanced → Allowed Services.
4. Verify that the slider bar next to Allow UPNP for system services in the Trusted zone is selected. Click OK to confirm your changes and then close the main program window. Your media should now stream freely from your PC to your networked gaming console.
