Reported incident : Invalid product key error while activation of Quick Heal Mobile Total Security
Customer purchased Total Security from Google Play Store and activated successfully.
Later on customer changed wp-signup.phped email id from ***@gmail.com to ***@yahoo.com mail id.
Due to some reason, customer formatted mobile device.
Now he reinstalled Quick Heal Mobile Security from play store.
While reactivation he entered purchased product key then he got the reported error.
Steps to perform:
- Uninstall existing Quick Heal Mobile Security Application from device.
- Log in to play store (email id is same which was used while purchasing of Quick Heal App)
- Click on three horizontal lines (Top left corner) and go to account tab, now click on purchase history.
- In purchase history Quick Heal app should be present, upon clicking on it will show install tab.
- Click on install tab then activation will be done automatically.
