Scenario: – User might not able to activate the K7 Mobile Security as it may show error message such as incorrect Password.
Steps to follow:-
- Verify whether your email id is wp-signup.phped with K7 previously if yes, enter the same password for activation which you have used for previous K7 product activation
- Incase if you don’t remember password or previous activation information, please use forget password option using the below link and reset the password.
- You can also use different email id if you don’t want to change the password for current K7 Account.
