This article will help you to renew your license for G DATA Antivirus, Internet Security or Total Protection for Windows.
Your license can be managed (renewed, extended or upgraded) via the G DATA UpgradeCenter.
If you have any G DATA program installed on your PC, the easiest way to access the UpgradeCenter is as follows:
Step 1. Open the G DATA program.
Step 2. Click Protect more PCs… on the bottom left corner.
Step 3. This will open the UpgradeCenter and automatically log you in with the User Name and Password of the G DATA program.

The UpgradeCenter shows the expiration date of your license and the type of your product.
To renew your license, proceed as follows:
Step 1. Click RENEW LICENSE.
Step 2. Scroll down to Choice of license term and select the desired duration of your new license.
Now click renew now.
Step 3. Check in Your basket if the transaction you have selected is correctly displayed.
If there are extra unwanted items, click Edit then remove them via the small red X under the column quantity.
Step 4. Scroll down to Your details and fill in the required information.
Now click save address.
Step 5. Select a preferred payment method, fill in the required information and click Next step.
Step 6. Check carefully if all the displayed information is correct, then check the confirmation box at the left of
“I have read and understood the General Terms and Conditions” and
“I have read and understood the Right of cancellation”.
Now click next.
Step 7. You have successfully renewed your G DATA license.
You will receive an email confirming the transaction from [email protected] within a couple of minutes.
Your programs will be automatically updated, there is no additional step to take.
