How to get the Device Instance Path for external drives? (K7 computing)

  1. Insert the USB device.
  2. Right Click on the USB Drive and go to properties.
  3. Click on Hardware tab and click on Properties
  4. Click on Details

  5. Click the Property drop-down list, and select Device Instance Path.

  6. Right-click on the path, select copy, and then paste to a text file.
