Know how to activate your Mobile Security for iOS using an existing Trend Micro Account.
You can only create a Trend Micro account when you wp-signup.php a Trend Micro program. There is no way to create an account without activating an app. If you are trying to activate the Trend Micro Mobile Security without an existing Trend Micro Account, select the option to Create an Account instead of Sign-in.

Activate Mobile Security for iOS from a Trial Version
- Access the Activation Portal.
- Type your activation code, then click Next.
- Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
- Fill out the required information, then click Next.
- Complete the activation by the doing the following:
- Sign out of your account, do not proceed with the download.
- Open the app, go to app Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.
- Access the Lost Device Protection Portal.
- Tap Find Now.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
- Tap the mobile phone icon to display the list of devices under your account.
- From the list, tap on Device Detail.
- Tap Enter Activation Code.
- Enter your new license, then tap OK.
Extend an expired Mobile Security for iOS subscription
- Access the Lost Device Protection Portal.
- Tap Find Now.
- Sign in with your Trend Micro account.
- Tap the mobile phone icon to display the list of devices under your account.
- From the list, tap on Device Detail.
- Tap Enter Activation Code.
- Enter your new license, then tap OK.
- Access the Activation Portal.
- Type your activation code, then click Next.
- Sign in to your Trend Micro Account.
- Fill out the required information, then click Next.
- Complete the activation by the doing the following:
- Sign out of your account, do not proceed with the download.
- Open the app, go to app Settings, then sign in with your Trend Micro account.
- On your iOS device:
- Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.
- Tap Settings.
- Choose the “Sign Out” option and enter your Trend Micro Account Password.
- Click the “Sign out” button for confirmation.
- Sign in again to sync the latest license.
