How does the subscription suspension work ? (Dr.Web)

• A valid subscription can be suspended at any time for a period ranging from 10 days to 90 days. For example, a customer takes out a three-month subscription, from 1 June to 31 August, and pays for the entire period of its use. Twenty days later, on 20 June, the customer goes on a business trip and suspends the subscription for 10 days—till 30 June. Starting from the date of the suspension, the customer won’t be billed for the service and the subscription period is automatically increased by 10 days and now ends on 10 September.
