If you have technical problems with your product, you can create and send a log file to our technical support.

The file contains information that can be used for troubleshooting and solving problems specific to your device.

To create the log file:

    1. Open the FREEDOME VPN app.
    2. From the left navigation, select Help > About FREEDOME.
    3. Click 7 times on the version number.

The Run support tool link is displayed at the bottom of the page.

    1. Click the Run support tool link, and enter your administrator credentials if prompted.

The tool starts collecting information and the log file (FreedomeSupportInfo.zip) is saved in your Documents folder.

  1. Attach the log file to your support request.
