This article describes how you can change your F-Secure KEY Master Password on your desktop device.

To change your F-Secure KEY Master Password:

  1. Sign in to KEY on your device.
  2. Click Settings > Change Master Password.
  3. Type in your old Master Password.
  4. Type in your new Master Password.
  5. Repeat the new Master Password.
  6. Click Change.

Your Master Password has now been changed. Once you have changed your Master Password on one device, you must use the new password on all your connected devices.

Important: If you have earlier created a Master Password Recovery Code to ensure that you can regain your Master Password if you forget it, you must create a new Master Password recovery code for this new Master Password.
