The OldTimer’s List-It utility may prove very useful when investigating unknown infection.
Please proceed as follows if you are asked to provide OTL output:
- Download the OTL utility to your desktop and run it.
- Select All in the Standard Registry frame and Modules frame.
- Set File Age to 60 days from the drop-down menu.
- Click Run Scan and wait for the scan to finish (it will take a few minutes).
Send us the OTL.Txt and Extras.txt files
These files are opened automatically after the scan is completed. (They will be located these files in the same location OTL was launched from).
