Issue

ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Client and EEE Server are separate products from ESET Full Disk Encryption (EFDE)

The article below applies only to the EEE Client or EEE Server and not EFDE. Visit What’s new in ESET Full Disk Encryption to view EFDE content.

  • This article applies to administrators of a managed environment using the ESET Endpoint Encryption (EEE) Server software.
  • Installation for Enterprise Server version 2.7.0 or ESET Endpoint Encryption version 3.0 and later.
  • Installation for Enterprise Server version 2.6.2 and earlier.

Solution

Download an MSI package linked to your Enterprise Server version 2.7.0 or ESET Endpoint Encryption version 3.0 and later

  1. Log in to the EEE Server, click Client Software Deployment and select Install Package Management.

  1. Select the appropriate installation version for the target machine and click Download Merged Install.

  1. Select the Workstation Policy that applies to the install and click Download.

  1. Log in to the Enterprise Server and click Organisation.

  1. Click Client Installs, select the appropriate installation version for the target machine and click Download Merged Install.

  1. Select a Workstation Policy that applies to the install and click Download.

Your browser may prompt you for a path to save the generated MSI package or automatically save it for you. The filename will contain architecture, version number, language and organization name details. e.g.DESlock+ (64bit) 4_7_5 ENU - Test Org.msi
