Symptoms
Unable to connect to a WiFi network that is not connected to the internet on my iPhone or iPad when FREEDOME VPN is turned on.
Diagnosis
The FREEDOME VPN client tries to connect to the selected FREEDOME VPN location but fails as the WiFi network is not connected to the internet.
Solution
If you’re trying to access a WiFi network without internet connection, FREEDOME VPN must be turned off first. You can turn FREEDOME VPN back on again when you switch to another WiFi or mobile data network.
