No, not directly. Antivirus Server only protects files that are saved on the server directly and monitors all file actions executed by the clients on this server, e.g. opening, saving, and closing documents, etc.
In other words, the data saved on this server by the clients are protected.
However, the data on the client PCs themselves are not monitored. It makes no sense to transport such vast quantities of data over the LAN to the server merely for checking.
