“Too Many Installations.
You may only activate this software on a limited number of computers. Because you have reached that limit, you must either stop protecting another computer, or buy another subscription.”
Why did this happen?
There are no available license seats left on your subscription.
What should I do next?
Depending on how you used up your subscription, you can either:
- Transfer Trend Micro protection to your current computer.
- Remove Trend Micro protection on a device you no longer use.
- Purchase another subscription to protect new devices.
How do I prevent this from happening?
Log in to the Trend Micro Account portal to manage and check your active licenses.
