Applies to: Sophos Home Premium (Windows) only
You are trying to install Sophos Home Premium on a Samsung Galaxy TabPro or Samsung Galaxy TabPro S but it gets BSOD and nothing is installed after the reboot.
Cause
This is a known issue in Sophos Home Premium. The CryptoGuard component detects the keyboard of the device as malicious. The issue is currently being monitored.
Workaround
As a temporary fix:
- Remove all Sophos Home Premium components that have been partially installed.
- Uninstalling Sophos Home on Windows computers
- Additional uninstallation options
- Install Sophos Home free version as it does not include the CryptoGuard component
