All detected anomalies are not actual attacks. If you determine that the detection is not an attack and it has a too high risk level score, you can report the detection as a false positive.

To request whitelisting:

    1. Log in to the portal with your email address and password.

The Home view opens.

    1. Select the  item from the navigation menu.
    2. From the drop-down list that opens, select Support.
    3. Select Request whitelisting.

The support request form opens.

    1. Fill in the form with details of the false positive that you are reporting and select Send.

The product details section has been prefilled for you.
