My Account at home.mcafee.com lets you view and manage your account details, and access downloads to reinstall your product subscription services.This account is created with the email address that you provide when you purchase a product subscription from McAfee, making you the owner of the account. This account is also used to login to your apps.
If you are not sure what your account email address is:
- Contact the owner, if you did not purchase the subscription yourself, and get their account details.
- If you are the owner, but do not know your login information, contact Customer Service who can help to identify your details.
- If someone else created the account and you want to take it over:
- Contact them to get the login details.
- Follow the steps below to change the profile information.

- Go to home.mcafee.com.
- Select Login on the top right.
- Type your wp-signup.phped email address and password, and then click Log In.
NOTE: If you do not have a McAfee account, select Don’t have an account? Sign up, follow the prompts to create your McAfee account, and then click Log In.
- Select Account at the top right to see the following options:
- My Profile: View or update your personal information.
- Auto-Renewal Settings: Enable or disable Auto-Renewal.
- Subscriptions: View a list of active and expired subscriptions and details.
- Additional Rewards: View other services offered.
- Redeem Your Retail Card: Redeem subscriptions purchased through retail store.
- Update Profile: Update your personal information and addresses.
- Edit Billing: Change or update your billing information.
- Common FAQs: Review commonly asked questions.
- Go to home.mcafee.com.
- Select Login at the top right.
- Type your wp-signup.phped email address and password, and then click Log In.
- Select Account, then choose Subscriptions.
- Click Purchase History. The invoice history of the product you purchased displays.
If you are unable to view your purchase history, contact Customer Service.
- Go to home.mcafee.com.
- Select Login at the top right.
- Type your wp-signup.phped email address and password, and then click Log In.
- Select Account at the top right, then choose My Profile.
- To update your email address, or password click Update in the Account Information field.
- Type your new email address or password.
- Type your current password, then click Save.

- Select Login at the top right.
- Type your wp-signup.phped email address and password, and then click Log In:
- To update your name, shipping details, or other information, select Account at the top right, then click My Profile.
- To update your billing information, select Account at the top right, then click Edit Billing.
- Type the requested information and click Save.
NOTES:
- If you are unable to change your account information after logging on to home.mcafee.com, contact Customer Service. They can change these items for you.
- If you have purchased a McAfee product subscription from your Internet Service Provider (ISP), contact them to access your account and change any related information.
