I. Uninstall your existing product

1. Open ESET Mobile Security for Android.
2. Tap  in the top left corner of the screen to bring up the context menu and then tap Settings.
   

   

3. Tap Uninstall.
   

   

4. Tap Uninstall.
   

   

5. Tap OK to confirm. ESET Mobile Security will complete uninstallation.
   

   

II. Reinstall ESET Mobile Security

1. Download and reinstall ESET Mobile Security.

Alternative uninstall method

Use this method if you cannot open ESET Mobile Security for Android or if you have an earlier version that does not offer the Uninstall option:

1. Open the Android settings and tap Security.
2. Tap Device administrators.
3. Tap the check box next to ESET Mobile Security to remove ESET Mobile Security as a device administrator.
4. From the Android settings, tap Apps → Manage Applications.
5. Tap ESET Mobile Security and then tap Uninstall.
6. Follow the instructions in the download and install section.
