This topic describes how to install F-Secure FREEDOME VPN on your Android devices if you have an F-Secure TOTAL subscription.
Before starting installing F-Secure FREEDOME VPN on your device, you need to have your My F-Secure account ready.
Note: If you already have FREEDOME installed and have upgraded to a TOTAL subscription, activate your TOTAL subscription in the FREEDOME app as described in topic Moving from a FREEDOME-only subscription to a TOTAL subscription.

- On your Android device, open Play Store, and search for F-Secure FREEDOME VPN.
- Select FREEDOME VPN.
- Select Install.
The app downloads and installs.

- Select Open.
When you install the app for the first time, the app goes through a short introduction.

- Swipe the screen to the left until you get to the last page with the following options:
- Start using Freedome
- Redeem code
- Log in
- Select Log in.
- Swipe the screen to the left until you get to the last page with the following options:
A list of service providers opens on the screen.

- Select F-Secure.
The Activate subscription page opens.

- Enter your My F-Secure credentials and select Log in.
The Name new device page opens.

- Give the device a name of your choice and select Continue.
The Welcome to F-Secure FREEDOME page opens.

- Select OK.
The TERMS OF SERVICE page opens.

- Select Accept.
The Protection against harmful apps window opens.

- Select the network connection method you prefer.
FREEDOME VPN is now installed on your device.
- Touch the center of the screen. When FREEDOME VPN is started for the first time, you will need to allow Android to make a VPN connection. Allow this by selecting Let’s do it and then OK.
F-Secure FREEDOME VPN is now installed on your device.
