Avira Password Manager lets you import or export data from or to other password manager apps.

Note
The data is exported as a CSV file and is unencrypted. Therefore, please make sure you store the file securely.

Export data

1. Go to passwords.avira.com.
2. Log In to your Avira Password Manager.
3. Click the Settings icon in the left-hand menu.
4. Scroll down to the “MY DATA” area and click Export data.
5. Click Export CSV to save the file on your system.

Import data

1. Go to passwords.avira.com.
2. Log In to your Avira Password Manager.
3. Click the Settings icon in the left-hand menu.
4. Scroll down to the “MY DATA” area and click Import data.
5. Click Select CSV file.
6. Select the “CSV file” that you want to import.

On the next page, you can see the file information organized in columns. As 3rd party password managers store information in a different order, rename the columns in the top line so Avira Password Manager can recognize them for you.

7. Click Next.
8. Select the passwords you want to import.
9. Click Import.
