After renewing, your Trend Micro subscription expiry date is still the same.
Why did this happen?
The confirmation usually takes 24 to 48 hours to reflect on your subscription and your program.
What should I do next?
Wait for at least 2 days for it to update on your program and Trend Micro account.
It remains unchanged after 2 days.
You may have a new serial number for your subscription. Activate the new serial number you will see on the Order Confirmation Email.
If you see a “Serial Number works for another edition” error message, you may have purchased a different version from the one installed on your computer.
