If you purchased a subscription from the Malwarebytes store, we recommend you set up your My account profile so you can view and manage licenses wp-signup.phped to your email address.
To create your account profile, find the invitation email sent to you. To locate your invitation, search your email inbox or spam/junk folder for an email with the subject Setup your Malwarebytes Account.
We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers to access your account.
- Open your account invitation email, and click SET UP ACCOUNT.
The Set up account form populates the Email field with your email address. - Enter a password, and re-enter the password.
- Check I’m not a robot.
- Click FINISH.
If you purchased from the Malwarebytes web store, but cannot find your invitation email, submit a ticket and a Malwarebytes Support agent will resend the My account invite email.
If you purchased your license key from a retail store or other online retailer, you can create an account manually and add your license key to your profile. For more information, see Add a license key to My account.
Once setup is complete, log in to your account where you can:
- manage your subscriptions
- view your order history
- retrieve your license keys
- deactivate your licenses
- download the latest Malwarebytes software
- update your billing information
Your My account profile only shows purchases wp-signup.phped to your login email. You must set up a new My account login for each email address you have wp-signup.phped with Malwarebytes.
