If you have configured Elements Vulnerability Management to archive old assets, you can configure it also to delete the archived assets automatically after a specified time.

If you have configured Elements Vulnerability Management to archive old assets, they are archived based on the time they were last seen by any of type of scan.

To delete the archived assets automatically:

    1. Go to Settings > General settings > Miscellaneous.
    2. Under Archive assets, use the drop-down to specify when assets will be archived based on the time last seen.

The options are: Never, 1 month, 1 quarter, Half a year, 1 year, or 2 years.

    1. Under Store assets, use the drop-down to specify for how long the archived assets are stored before they are automatically deleted.

The options are: Forever, 1 month, 1 quarter, Half a year, 1 year, or 2 years.

  1. Select Save.

All assets that meet the specified criteria will be deleted automatically from Elements Vulnerability Management.
