If a Kaspersky application failed to detect a spam email or an email was falsely identified as spam, you can contact the Anti-Spam Lab. We will analyze all provided examples and use them to improve spam recognition technologies in our applications.

What to do if a Kaspersky application failed to detect a spam email

If a Kaspersky application failed to detect a spam email, send it to the Anti-Spam Lab [email protected].

Your request will be processed automatically; please do not expect response from the experts.

How to send a spam email for analysis

Please follow these guidelines so that we can analyze the spam message:

  • Only send the emails received within the last 48 hours.
  • Send a spam email as an attachment in the EML format (preferably) or MSG. If it is not sent as an attachment or if it is archived we will not be able to analyze it.

Mail clients feature email forwarding with minimal loss of headers. Follow the instructions below to forward or save the spam email in the required format.

Attach to the request your spam emails in the archive, EML format (preferably), or MSG. Please specify in the request that you have already sent the spam samples to [email protected].
