The Computers views in the Malwarebytes OneView integration with ConnectWise® Automate™ allows you to perform actions on multiple computers across multiple sites.

  1. In your ConnectWise Automate Control Center, go to Tools > Malwarebytes OneView.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Computers Computers_icon.png.
  3. Filter your endpoints that you want to perform an action on, or check the boxes of the computers you want to perform actions to. For information on ways to filter your endpoints, see Computers view in the Malwarebytes OneView plugin.
  4. Click the Actions drop-down arrow to display all available commands. Choose one of the following:
    • Scan + Report: Checks protection updates and runs a Threat Scan to report the results. Any detected threats are not removed.
    • Scan + Quarantine: Checks for protection updates and runs a Threat Scan. Any detected threats are quarantined and scan results are reported.
    • Isolate Endpoint(s): Isolates the endpoint from the network to prevent an active threat from spreading. The console continues to communicate with the endpoint. To execute isolating endpoints, a Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection and Response product is required.
    • Remove Isolation: Restores access to the endpoint if it is isolated. To execute removing isolation endpoints, a Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection and Response product is required.
    • Refresh Assets: Updates hardware and software asset information for the endpoint.
    • Check for Protection Updates: Checks for protection updates. While scans also do this, selecting this action makes sure that Real-time Protection uses the most recent updates.
    • Check for Software Updates: Performs an immediate check for Malwarebytes Software Updates. This makes sure the Malwarebytes software on the endpoint is up to date.
    • Restart Endpoint(s): Performs a system restart of the selected endpoint(s). You do not have to restart each machine individually.
    • Uninstall Endpoint(s): Removes the Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent from the computer.
    • Find Unwp-signup.phped Endpoint(s): Searches for any endpoints that need to have the Malwarebytes Endpoint Agent deployed to the proper OneView site. The Deployment Status column displays the endpoint as Unwp-signup.phped. After initiating the action, click Yes to confirm you want to find unwp-signup.phped endpoints. For more information, see Deploy Malwarebytes to endpoints in Malwarebytes OneView plugin.
  5. In the confirmation pop-up window, click OK.
