Company Mapping page in the ConnectWise Manage integration with Malwarebytes OneView

In the ConnectWise® Manage™ Integration with Malwarebytes OneView, the Company Mapping page allows you to link the Malwarebytes OneView sites with ConnectWise Manage companies.

1. From your Malwarebytes OneView console, click Settings > APIs & Services.
2. In the Featured Integrations section, search for the ConnectWise Manage integration card.
3. Click Setup. A new tab displays the setup page for the ConnectWise Manage integration.
4. Log in to the ConnectWise Manage integration page using your credentials provided by the Malwarebytes team.
5. In the Company Mapping page, click Link Another Site.
6. Complete the following dropdown entries:
   • Status: Select a ConnectWise Manage Company Status to refine the search for a Manage Company dropdown.
   • Type: Select a ConnectWise Manage Company Type to refine the search for a Manage Company dropdown.
   • OneView Site: Select a OneView site.
   • Manage Company: Select the corresponding ConnectWise Manage Company.
   • Agreement: Select the agreement that you want the OneView subscription to update.
7. Click Link. If you would like to link another site, click Link Another Site.
