Changing the subscription key (F-Secure)

Instructions on how to change the subscription key through the F-Secure Elements Endpoint Protection portal.

To change the subscription key:

Note: This feature is currently available for partner accounts and for company accounts when you want to change a subscription from the F-Secure Computer Protection, F-Secure Computer Protection Premium, F-Secure Server Protection or F-Secure Server Protection Premium software to the F-Secure RDR and Computer Protection, F-Secure RDR and Computer Protection Premium, or F-Secure RDR and Server Protection Premium software.

    1. Select Devices on the sidebar.

The Devices page opens.

    1. On the Devices page, select the devices for which you want to change the subscription key.
    2. Select Change subscription.
    3. Enter a new subscription key in the field that appears, and select Change.

      Note: Under Subscriptions, you can find the available subscription keys for the devices of the selected company.

The new subscription key is applied to the selected devices.
