If you purchased a new home bundle license key from our Malwarebytes webstore or from a retail store, you can change the license key you are using in Malwarebytes for Android or Chromebook. Changing your license key allows you to continue protecting your new or current device without deactivating the old license key first.
IMPORTANT: If you purchased your subscription through Google Play and wish to change payment information or request a refund, refer to Cancel subscription or request refund for purchase on Google Play.
Change your license key on Android device
- Uninstall Malwarebytes. Refer to Uninstall Malwarebytes for Android for uninstall steps.
- Once Malwarebytes is uninstalled, restart your device.
- Once your device is reset, reinstall Malwarebytes from Google Play.
- Enter your new license key in Malwarebytes. Refer to Activate Malwarebytes Premium on Android device for activation steps.
