In order to change the details you entered for monitoring, please take the following steps:
Note: If you change your name, address or other information, we recommend you keep the old details registered so that Identity Protection can monitor them as well. They can still be found by thieves and used against you.
1. Log in to the My Account section using your BullGuard username and password.
2. Click on “Identity Protection” button to be redirected to IDnotify portal.
3. Scroll down to the information you wish to change and press the pencil button, if available.
If the information is not editable, you can use the blue X button, to delete that information and add another.
