When the licence of a Workstation or Server connected to AVG Admin Console has expired, the renewed license number cannot be updated via the AVG Admin Console.
To assist, we have created a utility called “avgsetlic” (AVG Set License).

– Extract the contents of the zip file
– There are 2 files, keep them both in the same folder.
– Right click on “avgsetlic2013.bat or avgsetlicx.bat” click on Edit/Open with notepad then type/copy and paste the full license key next to “avgsetlicx2013.exe or avgsetlicx.exe/set=” and save the file.
– Run the “avgsetlic20103/x.bat” file to activate AVG with your license number
