1. Please verify system date and times, it should be correct.
  2. If it is correct, Please execute the rootsupd.exe from here.
  3. If any Firewall or UTM application is being used, please allow the below URLs into the allowed list
  4. Make sure that .DAT extension files are allowed to download under content filtering of the gateway firewall.
  5. Please check and remove K7 certificate by following this link
  6. Try running below command in Command prompt as admin and check for update
    regsvr32 wintrust.dll
    regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
